No child will be admitted into a classroom without a name and number label. If your child or family is not currently in our system, please complete the “Family Registration Form” and the appropriate label will be generated for them. If your child has any allergies or special needs, please clearly state these and your instructions on the Family Registration Form. If you are visiting for the first time, or your child(ren) are experiencing separation anxiety, you may elect to visit your child’s classroom; before entering the classroom, you must first obtain a visitor name tag from the check-in kiosk. For security reasons, only parents and guardians listed on the Family Registration Form will be allowed to pick-up a child. This adult must show the child’s matching security label in order for the child to be released. If you have lost your child’s security label, you may return to the Check-In kiosk and you will be required to show photo identification. If you are needed during the service, the security label code will appear on the paging monitors in the sanctuary. |
