WHAT IS A GROWTH GROUP? A Growth Group is where people meet regularly to study, share and support one another. Each group has a trained leader/host. A typical meeting is about 1.5 hours with some time to socialize. Worship and music may also be incorporated.
HOW DOES IT BENEFIT ME? Support, prayer, love and unity provide security and strong friendships that can last a life time.
HOW DO I JOIN A GROWTH GROUP? Sign-up before or after any Sunday service at an Info Desk, visit the groups page, or call the office (303.690.2520).
IS CHILDCARE AVAILABLE? Childcare is provided (for a small fee) for the groups at Smoky Hill Vineyard. In-home groups vary.
WHAT'S THE ADVANTAGE OF A MESSAGE GROUP? Scripture is a vital part of continued growth and community through God’s word in a unified effort.
DOES EVERY GROUP HAVE TO BE MESSAGE BASED? Initially groups are encouraged to engage in this model for their first 6-8 week session, then groups have the option to do other studies.
HOW DOES ONE BECOME A LEADER? Growth Group leadership training is offered a couple times a year. Contact Cindy for additional information.
HOW DOES THIS DEFINE THE CHURCH MISSION? "Real Life, Real Community and Real Mission” tend to naturally happen as people share life, grow spiritually and serve.
WHAT DOES IT COST TO JOIN A GROUP? The cost is commitment. Each group identifies thier own goals and commitments to ensure success. Since not all groups offer free childcare that may be a cost.
